Good Points: This hotel was exceptional - architecture, setting, service and food were perfect. The staff were of the highest calibre and could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Management deserve special mention for managing in a way that was extremely efficient yet unobtrusive. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - we had booked in initially for 2 nights but we actually stayed 7 nights!
General review: Our stay at this hotel was the very best we can recall. Beautiful room with excellent facilities including a cafetiere and ground coffee, delicious food in a restaurant facing a terrace oerlooking landscaped gardens leading to the Beaulieu River housed in a setting retaining many historical features.

Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Lovely setting.
A lovely hotel in a beautiful area of the country...handy for walks and places to visit. Great coffee and tea service in the morning plus paper delivered at a charge. Staff good and non instrusive. Hotel was easy to book at the last minute and was also easy to find with good parking.

Hotel was lovely although wouldn't have paid full price of £225 but at £99 it was excellent value.,Level of heating was too high. Would have liked fridge in room.,"The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
